NPC that Starts Quest: Chococat
Description: Chococat wants to power up an old sparkler to cheer up the denizens of New York, but gnarly roots don't make for great Cheer Essence! Go into town and buy a Sticky Jersey Juice Guide so you can mush up your 30 Tiny Jersey Roots into 15 Sticky Jersey Juice.
Quest Walkthrough
Quest Requirements:
Buy the Sticky Jersey Juice Guide from the New York Merchant and produce the Sticky Jersey Juice. Chococat didn't take the roots you gathered for the previous quest so you should still have 30 of them in your inventory.
Talk to Chococat once you're finished.
