Introduction
We go way back to the very 1st Intl CB launched by Sanrio Digital where we were known as the Sailor Scouts. For some reason, "Sailor Scouts" was not available to be used and some guildies wanted more of an original group name unlike "Sailoria" so we became the AllStar Scouts! We are here to spread the joy in HKO and assist anyone in need!

Requirements To Join
Just be friendly and willing to help anybody, not just those in our guild! That's what our guild is all about!
As of now if you were a member of the Sailor Scouts aka Sailoria guild PM me (shesroyaltee) or any of the leaders listed below under Guild Ranks to get an invite. If you want to become a new member, you can do the same. Thanks!

-- Don't join expecting to be assisted on every single quest line in order. We don't want to play the game for you! We want you to enjoy it also. ^_^

Whenever Sailoria gets situated and can be as active as before she can take back over as leader, if she wishes! xD We all miss her!
Guild Promotions
- Please do not promote anyone without first discussing!
I will be observing and promoting people as I feel needed. I will watch for the ones who are the most helpful, generous, and those who stand out above others. You can always PM me the name of a guildie that you feel should be promoted and they will be considered. At anytime you may be demoted/promoted. Please keep in mind that being promoted isn't everything. High ranks are for those who are most active, trusted, and will take charge if I am not available. If you/we feel you cannot handle that then you are fine at a lower rank just playing and helping others. xD
Guild Kicks
I will always issue a warning before anyone gets kicked. I would rather not have to kick someone, but if you become unruly, etc. it may happen! We will not do random kicks, there will always be a reason which will be brought to you beforehand.
Please report any guildies to the leaders if there are any problems you feel we should know about.
