NPC that Starts Quest: Lily
Description: Lily loves the Dark Opal Basil by the Sanrio Harbour Pond! She would like you to collect some for her. Bring 10 Dark Opal Basil as well as Mysterious Leaves for her research to Lily. Dark Opal Basil and Mysterious Leaves can be gathered in the center of Sanrio Harbour.

Please note this is a group quest and that it will not be visible unless you are in a group.
The Dark Opal Basil is near Lily all around the Kitty Lake in the middle of Sanrio Harbour. Right click to start gathering Once you've collected everything talk to Lily again.
This is the last of the optional quests in Sanrio Harbor. At this point, you should have 755 Friendship Points for the Harbor, and can continue on to Florapolis.
