NPC that Starts Quest: Pau Pipo
Description: You can now speak with Pau Pipo! He explains he's here on a mission to help Lala and Kiki get their powers back. He needs 10 Blue Star Crystal from Malachite in Celestial Plain, 5 Moonshard from Starbright Rocks in South Sparkling Terraces, and 16 Rare Star Stone from Starbright Rocks because these rocks contain magical essence that Pau Pipo will use to restore the Twin's power.
Quest Walkthrough
You'll need:
Blue Star Crystal are from Malachite Rock in East Zodiac Pass, Moonshard are from Starbright Rocks in South and North Sparkling Terraces, and Rare Star Stone are from Starlight Rocks in The Maze Plain.
Once you have all the materials, go back and talk to Pau Pipo.
