NPC that Starts Quest: Hello Kitty

Description: Hello Kitty wants you to collect the Funky Caps from the Cappy walking around. If you cheer them up, you will receive them as gifts. Bring 65 back to Hello Kitty.

Quest Walkthrough

Note: This is an optional quest. It is recommended you continue on the main quest line before doing this quest.

You have two options for completing this task:

Option 1: Run around the North half of the New York map hitting the Cappys.
Option 2: For this option bring food, these Cappys hit back. Run around the Abandoned Bronx Tunnels hitting the Cappys near the entrance. By hitting these Cappys you are avoiding crowds because less people will use food and fight them.
