Quest Name: Cheering Oswald II

NPC that Starts Quest: Melody

Description: This is the last New Yorker's Quest! Cheer up more Oswald and return to Melody with more of their appreciative Moustache Gel.

Quest Walkthrough

Note: This is an optional quest. It is recommended you continue on the main quest line before doing this quest.

You have two options for completing this task:

Option 1: Run around the North half of the New York map hitting the Oswalds.
Option 2: For this option bring food, these Oswalds hit back. Run around the Abandoned Bronx Tunnels hitting the Oswalds near the back. By hitting these Oswalds you are avoiding crowds because less people will use food and fight them.
Option 3: Go to the Abandoned Bronx Tunnels and hit the Oswald until you get a Offput Offloading Sparkler (Timed!). Once you have it rush back to New York and enter the Empire State Building to fight the Offput Oswald!. These Oswalds will drop Moustache Gels more often. Be careful, they hit back!
