Quest Name: Cheering Up

NPC that Starts Quest: Ijuin Pandaba

Description: Ijuin Pandaba wants you to show her your upgraded sparkler. To upgrade, first un-equip your sparkler and put it in your inventory. Right-click on the Tiny Happy Vibes, but don't ress OK yet! Then, right-click on your sparkler. Click OK, and voila! Talk to Ijuin Pandaba without equipping your new Sparkler to complete the quest.

Quest Walkthrough

Combine your New York Sparkler Lv. 1 with 10 Tiny Happy Vibes to get a New York Sparkler Lv. 2, then talk to Ijuin Pandaba.
