Quest Walkthrough
Acquire Scout's Lost Chewtoy from the Strange Pile in the Bronx Outskirts. The Strange Pile has a very long respawn rate, at least an hour, and the special sparkler is an uncommon drop. Once you have Scout's Lost Chewtoy, use it to cheer Scout, who will drop Scout's Happy Vibes, which you can use to activate this quest.
