Farm Coffee Beans and chop.

Buy Fine Copper and Tools and Knick-Knacks at Material Merchant in Beijing.

Buy Wood Polish at Home Item Merchant inside the Farm Market.

Make a Wardrobe with Drawersl and then go talk to Gray. He won't take the wardrobe at the end of the quest, leaving it in your inventory for you to decorate your house with.

Note: Wardrobe with Drawers Guide is given to you as an reward from the previous Cluttered Clothes quest.
