Starts Quest: Curious Sparkler (Powered Down)

Description: You received a new Sparkler. If you combine it with your New York Sparkler Lv. 15, you can get a new sparkler...but it will start at level 1! Are you curious enough to try this out? Don't do it if you're not ready! If you are, put both sparklers in your inventory and find the Recyclobot.

Quest Walkthrough

Take the New York Sparkler Lv. 15 and Curious Sparkler (Powered Down) to Recyclobot.
