A Helping Hand for Thailand (October 28 - November 2, 2011)
As part of Hello Kitty's birthday celebrations, Sanrio Digital is giving the players of Hello Kitty Online an opportunity to reach out through A Helping Hand for Thailand, a special in-game charity event to aid in the Thailand relief efforts.

HKO Japan Earthquake Aid Part 2 March 30, 2011
Following up on our previous charity event, Hello Kitty Online is proud to announce HKO Japan Earthquake Aid Part 2, in which you can again deliver much-needed help to the people of disaster-stricken Japan. The event will run from April 1 to April 10, 2011. Despite the date, this is NOT an April's fool joke.

Hello Kitty Online, Sanrio Digital, and our various partner companies are organizing donations to charity, but in addition we also want to give HKO players a chance to help the people who have suffered so much in this catastrophe.
HKO Valentine's Event: The Cupid Adventure (February 11, 2011 to February 17, 2011)
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with HKO's special event: The Cupid Adventure! Earn your wings February 10-17, 2011! Cupid needs your help! The messenger of love has outsourced his job to some bouncy mouse assistants, but they are too tired to finish all the Valentine delivery jobs (understandable, since Cupid can fly and mice can’t). Talk to Hello Kitty in Sanrio Harbor to participate in this special event.

School's Out! Holidays are here! Hello Kitty Online is having an In-Game Event Fiesta, login and play games with our friendly GMs, guaranteed to be fun-filled and interesting! What's more, you will be rewarded with In-Game Items and HKO Loyalty Points for every in-game event that you played. Also, participate in our Lucky Draw contest and stand to win cool prizes!!!
Toys for Tots Charity Event (December 2-8, 2010)
This event is for the US/Canada Server only!
Hello Kitty Online has joined forces with Toys for Tots to give HKO players the chance to brighten up a child’s Christmas this year.
Based on the efforts of HKO players, Sanrio Digital donated 308 toys worth US$ 2,012.92 to the Toys for Tots campaign. Click here to view the letter of receipt.
