You'll receive the Cherry Chocolate Waffles Guide when you accept the quest, so don't worry. 3 Cherry Chocolate Waffles requires:

• 10 Cherry
• 5 Peanut Butter
• 3 Waffles
• 5 Chocolate

Food to buy in London:

• 5 Peanut Butter - 150g
• 3 Waffles - 225g
• 5 Chocolate - 15g

Total: 390g

I hope you farmed extra cherries! The rest of the ingredients can be bought at the Food Merchant. Once you gather everything, cook the Waffles and return to Tensan.
