Description: Tippy has finished his gift, now he wants to make a package for it. He needs you to collect a feather for him. Collect a rare feather from the Spinnow Leader.
Quest Walkthrough
You need:
I believe, even though the description says to get it from the leader, that you can get it from the regular Spinnows. They are an uncommon drop, so you may be fighting for a while. Bring some healing items just in case. They are located at West Stars Plain.
Once you have everything, return to Tippy.
