You'll need:

• 1 Banana Split
  • 2 Banana
  • 2 Chocolate
  • 5 Strawberry
  • 5 Peanut
  • 3 Ice Cream

Banana, Strawberry, and Peanuts all need to be farmed. The rest (including the Banana Split Guide) can be bought at the Food Merchant.
