Description: As luck may have it, Deery-Lou has just finished drafting up plans for something called a "Noise Machine". However, Deery-Lou's friends, Mameta and Puka-puka Paradise, are stil making the parts for this gizmo. If you need to make the Noise Machine, you'll need to talk to them about how to make the parts. Your first stop is Mameta and then Puka-puka Paradise.
