Description: Peter Davis' project has hit a snag and now it's up to you to look for The Float Builder's Manual. It's somewhere around Florapolis. It could be in one of the houses, he's not sure where exactly it is. Once you find it, put the float together and return to Peter Davis.

Walk around Florapolis until you find a Sparkly Bubbles. Click on it to get The Float Builder's Manual. Once you have it return to Peter Davis.
