Quest Name: New Toys
NPC that Starts Quest: Anthony
Description: You're almost prepared for your tough road ahead. This time, Anthony feels that your wand is not potent enough to handle all the rowdy monsters beyond London. He has promised to make you a new wand but you will need to get all the materials. Please make 10 Fine Copper and 10 Fine Iron and gather 5 Cat's-Eye Stone from the Coal in East Dream Land.
Quest Walkthrough
- 3 Fine Copper requires: 6 Copper

To collect copper, it is best to go to the top right of the map. There is one completely safe spot, as well as a couple semi-safe spots to mine copper. Semi-safe means that you can gather 2-3 copper before you must move away for a couple seconds (waiting for the enemy to move away) before collecting the rest. Just pay attention to the enemies path and you'll be fine.
There are a few safe spots of Coal near the entrance of East Dream Land, just hang around there and you should be fine. Be sure to pay attention to the monsters though!
Pure Crystals can be gathered from Crystal Veins which are located in North Secret Peak, Middle Secret Peak, and South Secret Peak. There are a few safe zones in NSP, but most of them are guarded by monsters. They should be semi-safe, however, if you carefully memorize the monster's path. Note: Pure Crystals have around a 10-15% drop, and therefore are extremely rare. Don't despair, if you've been at it for an hour and have only gotten a few. Just keep at it! Look at it this way, each time you mine you get experience to level up!
Once you gather them, return to Anthony to complete the quest. For some reason, he doesn't take the materials from you. Unfortunately, the production requirements to make the X-1 Mecha Staff no longer line up with the requirements to finish this quest. As it has the same stats as both the Gold Sphere Wand and the Flicker Wand players may want to look at producing/ buying one of those instead.
