Description: Jellybean's pet Scout is still sad. In New Jersey (the area north of the brige in New York) you can find some Sweet Frostshell from the Frostshells growing there. Perhaps this will cheer up the poor pet.

Quest Walkthrough

Head back into New York, but do not go down the bridge near Hello Kitty. Instead walk around up there gathering from the Frostshells. Gather 20 Sweet Frostshells and then return to Jersey Trails and talk to Jellybean.
