Once you're done with the Dream Carnival Quests, and have gotten a Pure Dream ticket from one of the last quests you can head to Sanrio Harbour. When you appear, you'll be on the docks next to the Clothes Constructor and the Pure Dream Constructor. Talk to the Pure Dream Constructor and he'll exchange your clothes ticket for a reward. You can exchange a Gold Pure Dream Ticket, Silver Pure Dream Ticket, or a Bronze Pure Dream Ticket. Your reward will depend on which ticket you have.
