Quest Name: Sharing is Good
NPC that Starts Quest: Mameta
Description: With your help, he was able to cook up his first batch of Mameta's Treats and is really excited about it. Look for 10 players in Sanrio Land and share the treats with them.
Quest Walkthrough
You'll need to trade with 10 different people and give them the Mameta's Treats you have. This item cannot be sold, only thrown away, so when you give them away make sure you let people know!
If you aren't in a guild, you may have to go around knocking on people's farms to give these treats away. It's best to whisper the players before you try and enter though, so they know why you wish to come in. Worst casing it, you may have to go back to Florapolis or Sanrio Harbour to give them away.
Once you've given them all away, return to Beijing and talk to Mameta.
Note: Putting them in your farm storage won't work, you have to give them all away. You can also give them to GMs, besides other players.
Note about the rewards: You can only choose one for the quest completion, but the guides for all 3 are sold at Clothes Merchant
