The Hello Kitty Online installation requires approximately 5GB of free space (but your system should have more) on your hard drive and high speed internet network connection. To view the current available disk space on your PC, double-click on 'My Computer' icon on your desktop.

Hardware requirements for HKO are minimal. Most computers equipped with Intel Pentium IV or equivalent processor will play the game without trouble. HKO requires at least 512MB RAM and 5GB on your hard disk.

  • CPU: Intel ® Pentium ® 4, 1.5Ghz+
  • Memory: 512MB RAM (1GB recommended)
  • Hard disk: 5GB Disk Space
  • Operating System: Windows ®2000 / Windows ® XP / Windows Vista™ (May possibly run on Windows 7)
  • Others: Web browser (IE Flash player, latest recommended), DVD-ROM (if have premium box), Fast Internet connection
  • Network: 56K or above (Broadband preferred)
  • Display card supports DirectX®8.0 or higher; OpenGL not required, but useful
  • Any sound card that supports DirectSound®
