Description: You combined all the Cheer Essences of New York! You've got what it takes to cheer up The Mayor, now. Go through the Abandoned Bronx Tunnels and cheer up The Mayor, then show me evidence of his good mood!

Quest Walkthrough

Go through the Abandoned Bronx Tunnels to the other side of the Bronx Outskirts and then enter the portal named ???. Be sure to bring food with you for this!
